Using Live Chat

If you have a quick question, request or feedback you'd like to send over to us, the quickest and easiest way to do this is to use our Live Chat function inside the help centre portal.


In the bottom right corner of the screen, you will see a small Live Chat icon. You will need to click this to start the conversation.



Once you've clicked that, you'll see that you need to first choose a category: Customer Support, Feedback, or Requests. 


  • Customer Support - This is for general queries or issues that you've come across that you need our help with
  • Feedback - This category is for any feedback you have for either the pdh.platform or for the help centre portal. We welcome any chance to improve your user journey. 
  • Requests - This category is for any feature requests or changes you'd like to submit with us. This will then go into internal review to be discussed and scoped, and then further information will be given to the appropriate manager if the request needs to move forward.



As soon as one of our agents has responded you'll receive a notification and you'll see it in the Live Chat pop-up box.
