Log into the portal
To view any support tickets you have raised, you will need to log into the platform.

Viewing your tickets
Once you're logged in, you need to navigate to the 'Tickets' tab.
Here you'll be able to see your ongoing tickets. You'll also be able to change the status (right hand side) to view any closed tickets.
You will also be able to update, manage and close your own tickets from here as well.
