- If you are using the platform to manage the patient, you can communicate with them from their profile page.
- To send an email once you are on the users profile, click on the little mail icon on the dashboard at the bottom right.
- Once the below tab appears, complete all the other fields that are required and click ‘Submit’.
- Your data entry will then appear in the users timeline.
Tips/Hints
All information added to the patient record is visible to all users that have access to view their record.
If a user doesn't have an email address attached to their profile then this functionality won't be available on their profile.
