Once you have found the service user's record you wish to edit, you can do so by clicking on the eye icon which will open their personal details sidebar.
Here you'll find all the relevant information on the person, and can go into edit mode to add any more details you have available, or edit any existing information.
Tips/Hints
Everything you add or edit on a patient record will be accessible to all users and will save against their record, not just for you.
If you don’t click the submit button and just close the side bar the additional data you've inputted will not be saved correctly.
If you need to update a patient's email address please follow these steps:
- Raise a support ticket using only the patient ID whom you would like to update their email address.
- Send an email to our NHS email account - - and reference the ticket number you raised with our support team as well as the patient'd ID and their new email address.
We will then update the user's email for you and let you know via this support ticket once this is done.
