Finding a service user's record

You can use our search function to search for a patient by their Full name, First name, Last name, Email, Postcode, ID number and Phone number.  

Please ensure that you are spelling the patients name exactly as they have been added to the system; i.e. "John Smith-Collin" and NOT "Jon Smith - Colin".
