User Record: Patient dashboard where all details relating to the individual sits, such as tracking data, bookings, personal details, and more.
User ID / ID number: This is a unique number that is given to each user when they are added to the platform. It is a safe way to identify them to other users when communicating by email or phone in order to safeguard their personal information (personal name, email address, phone number, etc.)
Service: This refers to the category which patients can seek support for within the platform. For example, patients can be supported on Stop Smoking or Weight Management on the platform.
Assessment: Once you have enrolled a patient on a service there are assessments linked to each of these that the patients can complete to give the health coaches and providers more information.
Provider: An external organisation on the platform which you can make referrals to. These organisations have the ability to accept referrals and only view the patients that are referred to them.
Events: These are the sessions which you can book patients on within the platform. Usually a referral will need to be made first before they can book on these. Also referred to as Clinics by practitioners.
Patient: A client / service user / participant.
Volunteer: A user who only has access to Jobs raised for Patients who need assistance with things like medication refills, shopping, gardening, etc.
Authentication Code: This is a 6 digit number which is sent to you in order to verify your email address before logging in to the platform. It is an extra step added to the logging in process in order to protect users' accounts.
