- If you forget your password or need it resetting for any reason, please go to crm.prioritydigitalhealth.com/forgot
- This will then trigger an email to be sent directly to you with a password reset link
- Follow the link back to the platform to be able to reset your password
- Update your password
Your password needs to be 15 characters long, and needs to include the following (at least):
- 2 Uppercase letters
- 2 Lowercase letters
- 2 Numbers
- 2 Special character; e.g. !”#$%&'()*+,-.\/:;<=>?
We also advise that you regularly clear your cached data to ensure your browser is not storing old personal information (e.g. passwords) which will affect future logins. For instructions on how to do this please click here.
If you have set a password with the above rules and it is not being accepted please let us know by going to our help centre.
Please note the password reset link will expire after 24 hours.
