Stuck on Two-Factor Authentication (TFA)?
If you are not receiving the Two-factor-Authentication code please first check with your email provider to make sure they are not blocking this email. Once they have confirmed there are no issues from their end please contact us: support@prioritydigitalhealth.com
IP Address Blocked / Not Approved?
It’s possible that the PDH account you’re attempting to access is restricted to a range of IP Addresses defined by the Owner of the account.

If none of the above solutions are suitable, try:
- Reset your password – using the “Forgot Password?” link on the login page.
- Then before attempting to sign in:
- Clear your Browsing Data.
- Close/Quit your browser.
- Reopen your browser.
- Then navigate to the login page and attempt to sign in.
