Setting up a new provider

To create a new provider on the Priority Platform please contact our support team with the following details:

Name: [Title of this provider]

Description: [A brief summary of what the provider offers and who they are]

Services: [All services associated with this provider; e.g. social isolation, adult weight, family, etc.]

Users: [who will have access to manage referrals for this provider]

Users email addresses: [email addresses they'll need to log onto the platform]

Referral Method: Automatic or Self-Referral [this will determine if you would like the patient to be able to refer themselves or if they will be referred directly to an organisation, and they'll manage them directly]

If you do not have all the information above please send us as much information as possible.
